Cautions for product use and installation

*Cautions for storage

1: Make sure to store it in a shade with low temperature. Avoid a place with high temperature and humidity.

2: If stored in a location with high temperature and humidity, films can be stick each other, so be careful.

3: If overlapped films are exposed to heats and high temperature and so on for long time, it can get melted and attached to other parts, so be careful.

4: If the storage period lasts too long, then the quality of film can be degraded.

*Cautions for installation

1: Install it in such a way that letters shown on the film can be read correctly when seen from the outside of greenhouse.

2: When installing the film, if it is dragged along the ground or comes in contact with object that can get cut such as materials of greenhouse, the film will be damaged and blow up with a cut, so be careful.

3: When installing the greenhouse, make sure the large slope, and there is no wrinkle, so that water drops can slide down very easily. Water drops can be accumulated in the wrinkles caused by band laces, so make sure to properly pull the band lace when installing it.

4: Rusty pipes or oxidized band lace can cause damages, so be careful.

*Cautions for use

1: Very often, the film is damaged if the side skirt (or vent) has a friction with the film, so special caution is required for use.

2: Use the product for outer greenhouse to 0.06mm thickness or thicker.
(Please replace the film once a year to provide excellent light penetration.)

3: The film function can vary differently depending on the agricultural environment or climate, so special caution should be required on management of use.

4: Do not sterilize the soil with various chemicals while the greenhouse is sealed and closed completely.

5: When spraying insecticides, make sure it does not come in contact with the film surface directly.

*Cautions for weather resistance

1: Use of inadequate materials such as aluminum steel plates, rust steel, PVC pipes and so on can reduce the durability.

2: Sulfur fumigation, sulfuric insecticides or chlorine insecticide sprayed for crops or flowers can degrade the durability so be careful when you use it.
(We will not be responsible for issues of oxidation caused by sulfur fumigation or smoking.)

3: Sulfur or combustion particles contained in fuel(bunker C, diesel) used for heating can cause early oxidation and thermal oxidation, so be careful.

4: If insecticides used at the orchard near the greenhouse can cause early oxidation, so be careful.

*Cautions for Anti-dripping:There is no guarantee for anti dripping.

1: The anti dripping period is 3 to 4 months after the installation(for 0.06mm) but can vary depending on the condition of use or the type of crops.

2: Anti dripping effect and period can vary depending on climate conditions, house structure and internal wetness, mulching, cultivation methods, geographical characteristics and so on, so there is no such thing as perfect guarantee for anti dripping.

3: Calcareous fertilizer can react to anti drop agent to reduce the effects, thus spray it 2 to 3 months before installing the greenhouse.

4: You can improve the anti dripping effects by increasing the slope of greenhouse, managing the internal temperature and improving irrigation method and so on.

*Cautions for Anti-fogging: There is no guarantee for fog prevention.

1: Anti fogging means that occurring of fog is suppressed and reduced. It does not mean that there is no fog at all.

2: Fog is naturally occurred due to the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of house. Thus, excessive wetness inside the house is turned into fog, so special management is required.

3: Fog prevention can vary significantly due to various effects such as climates, temperature, wetness inside the greenhouse, cultivation environment, mulching relations, geographical characteristics and so on. There is no guarantee for perfect fog suppression or sustained periods, so special cautions is required on cultivation management.
